 Break in |

What is the Normal Break in period for a fully rebuilt 3sgte. my guy at toyota says to take it easy for 5000 miles. Which sucks because I only drive the celi on the weekends.

For a non-rebuilt (used) 3SGTE, it doesn't have to be broken in. For a fully rebuilt, I would say go easy on it as if you bought a new car. 5000 sounds like a lot, IMO. 1000 should be good. But around 2000 would probably be better. It's up to you. |
