 BEAMS turns but wont start |

i have read through everything turnip has done in his thread to try to figure out why my beams wont start. i just so happen to own a 94gt myself. i have tested spark, fuel pump, etc. but it seems like the fuel pump doesnt get a signal to pump gas in. i have also noticed that when i do get it to sputter the rpm gauge doesnt move. and also that my radio doesnt turn on anymore. any help/advice is very appreciated

Power steering leak seems to be solved, now I got to figure out this wiring for the tach meter to work so I can put back my whole interior and get a video of the car
