i have a 97 with the 4 speaker system and i want to replace the door speakers with some 8" subs, but i dont wanna buy any then find out they won't fit..... what's the max depth?? do i need free air subs??

i got some kicker midsubs lying around in good condition. I could sell it to you, pm me. Great set up for the doors for sure. I dont recommend subwoofers in the front doors, they are going to drive you crazy with THAT much bass up front you wont hear much else of your music. Midwoofers are the way to go. The 8" Kicker Midwoofers or the JL Audio 8" ZR Midwoofers are definitely the way to go. -------------------- current project: looking :(
