 Squeeling sound under the hood |

This has been happening for awhile now. Initially I had a bad serpentine belt and replaced it. The sound stopped for awhile but eventually came back. Now I have no idea what is causing the sound. I added power steering fluid and that worked to a degree but now that doesn't have any affect at all. The sound seems to stop once I either hit a certain amount of RPM's or once the car has been in motion for awhile. I was wondering if anyone could give me some answers. It's not the motor, it's the belts that are warming up, and the belt dressing will eliminate the issue if that's all it is
