Hey guys/girls, I have a problem. I have a 5 speed and whenever I do normal driving, the car runs excellent. But whenever I start from a stop and take the rpm over 5k and try to shift into 2nd gear it does not go into gear. Earlier today I was unable to get into 2nd, 4th, and reverse. Any advice?

The shifter cables are fine and in the mounts. I guess she is staying home while Im in college, I dont have the time or money to fix it atm.

Pop out your center console. Check the cables on your shifter. EDIT, check your shifter all together.
