 electrical problem with 96 celica |

Sometimes i totally lost power or power will just totally go dead. When i hook up with a jumper , power will restore itself and i dont even need the jumper to start it up.
Any thoughts about this problem? Maybe this is starter issue? |

probably your battery connections are either loose or corroded.
