 Help with HID fogs, 8000k |

so a few days ago i went to hook up my new hid bulbs to my fogs, it did not work, at all, i had the black wire running to what i am assuming is the ground under the tensioner and all that and the blue going to the stock power location for the fogs, can anyone help me out?\

Did you sand down to bare metal for the ground spot?
