at tthe end of the year put all the celicas of the month together and everybody vote for the celica of the year..

It was discussed in that thread, but never finalized. Taking each CotM and putting them into a CotY thread and letting the entire site vote for them later sounds good to me. I feel like there are some good cars in each CotM that don't get the recognition they deserve, but each winner has a great car and they deserve it. The cars I'm thinking of will eventually be the CotM.
