is there a easy way to get the foamy tape stuff off the sideskirts/rear caps?
i have bought some 2nd hand rear caps and the tape is still there any good ways of removing it and it is stucck on good tried peeling it off doesnt work to good even scraping with a knife didnt work that well as it just stretched |

should peel off, if not , some heat, goo gone, finger nails. Shouldn't take too much to get that off.

It was not easy, at all!!! I ended up buying small diameter wire brush (cca 2inches) and with the help of cordless drill I managed to get it off (you just have to be very careful not to go too deep into the material of the splitter/skirt). Hopefully the OP can get their tape off with whichever way works
