Greatly improves shifter feel, and direct-ness. Old sloppy rubber bushings can cause mis shifts and gear grinding under hard acceleration!

Made to fit many different toyotas which use the shifter cable.
There are two sizes available, as far as I know the 6GC uses one big and one small bushing.

What do you mean Pioneer?

Simple theory. Replace old worn out, and supple rubber ; with solid brass. We use brass because its soft enough to still wear more than the other parts in the linkage. When properly installed it does not bind over time like BB bushing replacements.
The RSX will notices a difference but because of the design of the Celica shifter cables we net a more noticeable gain from this simple modification.

I think he means to be the first or one of the first in the 6GC community to try it and let other people know how it feels in the celica to encourage/discourage people from trying this simple mod
