 Help Identify This Part, Shifter Area |

My dad drives my old Celi and the thin plastic that goes around the AT shifter is broken (you're able to see through it). I'm trying to find the part to replace it for him. Anyone know what it's called or the part number? I found a pic and drew a red arrow on it to show the piece I'm talking about.

Any idea how to get that part in there? Just picked one up today but have no idea how to put it in....
