 Is this legal?, painted corner lenses |

Is it legal to just paint over your turn signals, because my entire car is silver and the amber of the turns just kills the entire look. If the silver paint just covers the lense but you can still see the light when its on is it legal or not?

as long as it does not emit a blue, red, green, or any color that resembles those (purple, pink, etc), yet emits a light to indicate that you are turning, or you have another indicator, you will be fine. the thing is, it illegal to not have turn signals. you could just put a light silver frost over them so that at night you can still see them lit. also, if you want this, but only want them to blink, you can cut the constant wire to your turn signals (the all green wire) and they will not come on. they will only come on when you use the blinker.
