 HID's in stock headlight |

I'm an integra guy (well used to be lol) and for us we HAVE to get diffirent headlights to have HID's but i read the tut on HID's and it has one showing somebody putting them into a stock headlight is that safe? or is there something im missing?

Yea man its awesome.
I think I've learned everything I know about my car from either working on it, or this wesite.
