traction concerns Options

ive got a project lined up putting a 3sgte into a Australian st204r and my goal is 400-450 hp , but im a lil worried about traction at those kinda powers esp. since it is a front wheel drive.
am i paranoid or is it gonna be uncontrollable.

also is an awd conversion an option

an AWD conversion in a country where you can get a GT4 is.. well, not a greast idea.

as far as traction, there are things that will help you control traction a little more

LSD
lightweight flywheel ( lower the torque output at lower RPMs )
wider / sticker tires
traction control bars
and the most important of all, a good driver.

when I completed my setup, I was doing burnouts from a stop light ( not intentionally ), mainly due to how I was use to my 60WHP setup and went to 200+, after a few days I now drive my car and unless I want to it does not loose traction, granted at 400+ the gas pedal will be more and more sensitive, but you figure if you get a turbo that is big enough for the power, it'll create boost at higher RPMs than the stock ct20b and you can use that little extra lag as a traction assistance. so the car will be driveable.
