Hi folks...run into a bit of a problem. My Celica has been standing for over 1 year so using it as a restoration project.
I have run into a problem in that my "air flow" control lights on my centre console and my electric windows have constant power to them. I have checked all fuses and have found I need to remove the ALT-S fuse from under the bonnet to stop this problem. My question is has anyone else come across such a problem or any idea how to remedy it? Thanks in advance...the following 2 pics show the lights being on and the fuse I removed. Afraid not...all soldering for Blue LED conversion was done a long time ago now and been running good. I did take the unit out again to double check and it all looks fine.
I'm wondering if there is a short from under the bonnet...maybe something a wire has rusted and caused it? Apparantly the ALT-S fuse is a permanent live feed...so looks like a short somewhere. Thanks...Chris |
