So I'm in need of getting new tires for my stock rims because they are getting kind of bald on the inside. I've gone to a few places already and they don't have the exact 205/55/R15 tires there, but they do have 205/60/R15's. They keep telling me it'll throw my speedometer off by a few miles an hour and that my braking distance will be semi reduced. I just want to know if that is true or if it's just B.S.

A 60 serious side wall is fine instead of 55. I used those on my car for a while and i didn't notice a difference.
It actually reduced the 4x4 look a bit at stock ride heights -------------------- -Protection mode, For when your amp tries to blow its load. 1995 Toyota Celica GTS - Daily Driver 1999 Chevy Cavalier - Winter Beater 1994 Honda Civic CX Hatchback - Dead My Celica! |
