 hood latch sticky?, how much to lenghten |

Hey everybody. I had a good topic book marked on how much to lenghten the safety hook and it got deleted. The posting had photos and before and after shots but I did not find it in the sticky's or with a search, any help would be great.

If you go to the exterior styling stickys its up there. But basically you are extending exactly an inch.
