so i change my driverside front axel because it was making that clicking noise when you turn left. but after i changed it the noise increase! im suspecting the wheel bearing, but can anyone think if it to be something else?

yea so i pulled the hub apart to get to the bearing and im quite certain there should be a plastic holder for the bearing correct? but the problem is is there is no more plastic holder thingy. on top of that bits and pieces of the plastic holder thing came out! I don't know what you mean by plastic holder, in the middle of the hub is the bearing, with 2 seals on either sides, I assume you've taken the hub off but the best way to check is to move the flange (thing with wheel studs thats inside the hub) sometimes you can't tell theres play until you move that bit. |
