would like to ask about piping size when we say 2inch or 2 1/4 or 2 1/2 so on, is this the inner diameter or outer diameter? and what gauge or pipe thickness is best if I go stainless, some say that you connot use stainless on a turbo set up pipes will crack is this true

yeah, i think it has something to do with the workmanship. i guess it would also be better to have tig welds.
