 Double Din Head Units HELP |

Hey so i might be buying a Kenwood headunit from someone and its a double din and i wanted to know if its even possible to install it without too much trouble
pleasee be detailed

not sure if they're the same process but when i installed a double din into my is300, all i had to do was color match. video, sound, and everything else should play or work.
