Before the clutch is pressed down all the way, there is a PSST sound (air), and my clutch is super softer than before. And it harder to get into gear unless i slam on the clutch. I tried to find where the sound is coming from underneath where the pedal is but i can't locate it. Does anyone have any ideas what could be loose or needs to be tightened?

If you leave it in 1st gear, push the clutch pedal in, and let it sit there for a minute or so (keep the pedal depressed), does the car eventually start to move forward at all? Sounds to me like your master cylinder has an internal leak and that air noise you hear is fluid leaking past the seal.
