 Break in |

What is the Normal Break in period for a fully rebuilt 3sgte. my guy at toyota says to take it easy for 5000 miles. Which sucks because I only drive the celi on the weekends.

i would do what the mechanic tells you. he is the one who rebuilt the motor so he knows it better then anyone.
at the very minimum i would take it easy for the 1st 1,000 miles. dont pay any attention to how drag motors are broken in. most of the time they get rebuilt after every race and are not ment to last 100,000+ miles. -------------------- 15PSI - 30MPG - Megasquirt Tuned
