i was skimming through the forums and saw a topic on converting US spec celicas to all wheel drive using the all-trac drivetrain. i read that the possibility of the conversion working was slim to none. i thought it would be easier to convert it to rear wheel drive using the old jdm corolla(AE86) drivetrain. i was wondering if this was more feasible than all wheel drive.

there ya go, lol as for rwd convsrsion, the firewall would definately have to go, i was compairing my car, side by side to my uncles 92 240sx. with custom mounts you could adapt the rear suspension to work(cut a hole in the trunk floor pan too) problem with a rwd only setup is that you have to chage the way the engine is mounted, and that gives you an engine and tranny setup that wont fit because the firewall is in the way. awd would be easier, since all the parts fit once you swap out the floor pan in the trunk. -------------------- 1994 Celica GT4 WRC Edition
