i was in the ontario area saw a few celicas wit the middles lights on .... woundering has any 1 elese seen thse....

I don't have any picture since my car is an imported GT4, but the lights are exactly the same as any Celica from USA. The only difference is in the wiring. Canadian cars light up the high beams (not as bright though) for daytime running lights.
