i was in the ontario area saw a few celicas wit the middles lights on .... woundering has any 1 elese seen thse....

I wouldn't exactly call it a dimmer.
The canadian celicas are wired up so that as soon as you put it in gear the running lights go on. They will get brighter if you flip the high beams on. I always urn my lights on anyways cause I can't stand the look of the yellowish headlights, and I don't have HIDs in the high beam housing.
