i was in the ontario area saw a few celicas wit the middles lights on .... woundering has any 1 elese seen thse....

You'd be better of to just buy a DRL kit.
Im not sure how much exactly they are or anyhing, but my buddy imported a s14 silvia into canada and had to install running lights. My girlfriends parents also imported a g37x from the states and needed to buy a DRL kit, I think it was under 150 bucks.
