i was in the ontario area saw a few celicas wit the middles lights on .... woundering has any 1 elese seen thse....

You don't eve need a kit for it.
I dunno if your just going for the look or you need it to pass an inspection. But if its just an inspection, you can wire your front turns to a constant power source while the car is on. Then those will be your running lights, and all you need is a little bit of wire.
