Okay... I am going to get both within the next couple months but I need to decide which to do 1st the rims or the seats.

I'd say go for the rims, especially those ones because they're awesome!
 K2 is definitely right about the stock seats not being too bad too. I've had people ask if my seats are aftermarket recaros before.
