Straight to the point, I had to remove some wires from a mobilephone that was attached to my dash and I think they might have been tangled around something else and pulled it loose.
My car won't move from park position unless I use the bypass switch. What did I knock loose and is it under the console, or by the brake pedal or under the dash? Thanks -------------------- ![]() |

After tearing apart half my cars' interior today, I found the probelm. The brake switch was fine, but it is a pain in the *** to get to it.The problem is in the fusebox from where they put these little clips into the fusebox to connect the power wires for the phone. It has spread the metal connectors apart to where they won't touch the fuse properly now.
So I guess I will put those clips back in or figure out a way to compress the metal pieces back together in the fusebox. |
