Most new cars put the sidelights on when the remote unlocking is used and was wondering if it is is possible to make the headlights come on on a 6gc Celica either using and after market part (if there are any) or by wiring it up somehow?
cheers in advance |

sounds like a simple circuit.
all you need is the DEI 528t. This part is a pulse timer. Basically you hook up the triger portion of this unit to your locks and the out put wire to your head light relay. When you unlock your doors this timer activates and turns your headlights on. You can adjust this relay to leave your lights on for how ever long you want up to 90 seconds. Before jumping on this please read up on how the relay works and the 6gc wiring. My car alarm has a headlight monitor system built in so i never needed to use this relay. |
