Well, i got a pair of tail lights from Stipt from Davenport (IA) and while he knew i wanted them ASAP he has never sent anything and now he is not replying me. Still hope that its a misunderstanding and i hope i am wrong but from the message tracker i know he read at least 2 of my messages without replying.
If anyone knows him in person i would appreciate a mediator. I would be willing to receive what he promised even now or at least a return of my money before i explore any legal venues. And to think i rushed for him so he has money for his payments when he begged me. If it turns out to be a misunderstanding i will post a full apology. Sorry to hear that. You have to understand though that i am 8,000 miles away and my options are limited. I said i will make a full apology if i am wrong. And also, whatever his problems are, i do not think that sending an email to let me know what the hell is going on its too much trouble. (and i know through message tracker that he has read my emails) Replying is not that time consuming or something.
Anyway i will edit my post to remove his name for now but i will repost it if he does not reply me and let me know what's going on. Keep in mind that i would be able to get the tail lights for free (shipping) because someone coming to my country would be bringing them. Now i may need $50-$100 to ship them. Who will be paying about that? |
