The purpose of this thread to is find out about these aftermarket headlight covers for our cars. For those who have oem projector headlamps...i figure this would be the most least expensive, but good investment, to protecting the glass from rock chips or other debris while driving....it would be nice to protect the regular oem headlights too. I have seen these ads for 1994-1999 celica headlamp covers (Aftermarket by Gt Styling guarantee to fit), but don't know much about them. Bottom picture isn't the exact picture of the product as i cannot find one online, but same idea.
![]() Again, I don't know much about the quality or how nicely install it is for our cars (being FLUSHED) and I know toyota had some for a while and stop which were the rare oem covers discuss in this thread and now are hard to come by: Celica Headlight covers ![]() Is there anyone on this forum that have had experience purchasing these and used them? If you don't mind, would you post pictures of the "GT STYLING" brand headlamp covers for our cars on here. Share the pros and cons of this product. thank you! I know there was one or two member that bought the smoke lens type of the same style headlight covers, but comment it was nice for the day time but for night time, the smoke lens blocked out the light and driving at night was not an option unless you remove the lens. i want to know about the clear lens and the lens itself; Does it: 1.) turn yellow/fade 2.) resistant to mold/mewdew 3.) durability 4.) hold on tight when installed on the headlamps (will it fly off if driving on highway?) etc....and the list goes on. here is the GT Styling smoke lens:

Gerald had the OEM clear cover lens which are hard to find now and they stop making them. they were only offered in Australia as far as i know. He already sold it to another member on here and after that it went quiet. so yeah...but what i heard, you don't want to smoked lens because you have to take them off every night or every time you drive at night. a tedious process. i want to know about the clear lens....how clear is it when placed on the projectors or oem lights...does the same amount of light that passes through the oem head set go through the cover lens....does the cover lens have any effect of the cut off of the light being emitted? these branded Gt stlying cover lens are the closes to the oem len toyota made and are more readily available. i just don't want to buy them and be disappointed in the aftermarket ones vs the oem. i would rather buy the oem if someone has them for sale. there are no picture of the aftermarket ones on our celi and the member that bought it, Griff and Dustin Brown, had sold them off (they both have the smoked lens) and not the ones im looking for (clear lens).
