I am still trying to sel lmy lens for funding. I am really up in the air for the trd engraving, I am honestly not sure how I am going to be able to do it.
I drew another version with some tabs on the D to be cut completly through. I am not crazy about how it looks, but I could have the whole thing waterjetted and it would get rid of the painting of the letters. Here is what it would look like, not blue but alluminum in color.
