So I noticed the other day when I turn right that I get a clicking noise from the front passenger side wheel area. This is also coupled with steering wheel shake that gets noticeable around 40 mph and up. I just checked my bearings the other day and they are tight and all my lugs are on good. Any ideas what it could be? Could it possibly be tie rods? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Does it click once, or multiple times when you turn?
I'm sure once you get an alignment, the shop doing it will most likely advise you have something fixed if the clicking will affect the alignment.

It basically keeps clicking until I re-straighten the wheel.
