Does anyone know where i can get a Drum to Disc conversion for my 96 celi ST? Does anyone have pics of installation on this?

I would recommend going to a junkyard and finding a 6th gen GT and taking all the parts off of that. Then later on you can upgrade to slotted rotors or w.e. youd like.
