So I noticed the other day when I turn right that I get a clicking noise from the front passenger side wheel area. This is also coupled with steering wheel shake that gets noticeable around 40 mph and up. I just checked my bearings the other day and they are tight and all my lugs are on good. Any ideas what it could be? Could it possibly be tie rods? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have a similar problem that may help you

When I get to about 65 mph my car starts vibrating and the steering wheel shakes back and forth very badly.. well I replaced the outter tie rod ends and magically the vibration stopped alot, I can hit 70 with a little vibration, so I need to change out my inner tie rod ends and get an alignement, that should take care of the back and forth with the steering wheel

as for the popping, sounds like axels might be bad.
