Well, i got a pair of tail lights from Stipt from Davenport (IA) and while he knew i wanted them ASAP he has never sent anything and now he is not replying me. Still hope that its a misunderstanding and i hope i am wrong but from the message tracker i know he read at least 2 of my messages without replying.
If anyone knows him in person i would appreciate a mediator. I would be willing to receive what he promised even now or at least a return of my money before i explore any legal venues. And to think i rushed for him so he has money for his payments when he begged me. If it turns out to be a misunderstanding i will post a full apology.
