Well, i got a pair of tail lights from Stipt from Davenport (IA) and while he knew i wanted them ASAP he has never sent anything and now he is not replying me. Still hope that its a misunderstanding and i hope i am wrong but from the message tracker i know he read at least 2 of my messages without replying.
If anyone knows him in person i would appreciate a mediator. I would be willing to receive what he promised even now or at least a return of my money before i explore any legal venues. And to think i rushed for him so he has money for his payments when he begged me. If it turns out to be a misunderstanding i will post a full apology. he said he sent the part, if you dont want to deal with him fine. but this thread needs to die. whats done is done, good luck sipt with dealing with toysport. let us know what happens with it, i have heard more bad than good things about that company.
