Well, i got a pair of tail lights from Stipt from Davenport (IA) and while he knew i wanted them ASAP he has never sent anything and now he is not replying me. Still hope that its a misunderstanding and i hope i am wrong but from the message tracker i know he read at least 2 of my messages without replying.
If anyone knows him in person i would appreciate a mediator. I would be willing to receive what he promised even now or at least a return of my money before i explore any legal venues. And to think i rushed for him so he has money for his payments when he begged me. If it turns out to be a misunderstanding i will post a full apology. you posted his full name and city that he lives in online.. that is what made him mad. Granted Stipt is my friend and he prolly should of kept up contact with you a little better but putting his name and the city he lives in online is kinda crossing the line. Im not jumpin on you here neoklis... I actually don't have a problem with you at all, you have been helpful on the boards and shown yourself to be a postive constructive member... but I would like to use this as an example of why you don't do that. even me who doesnt really know the 1st things about these TV typwriters can figure out where someone lives in a matter of mins online with just a name and the city they live in, someone with a little more skillz on the computer could do alot more than that if they wanted to. All someone would have to do is look at all the posts that stipt has ever put on this board to figure out basically everything he has... now how hard would it be to go to his house and take what you wanted if you lived close? Hell if I didnt know him I would be tempted  J/K stipt.Now I know how bad if sucks to think your gettin screwed by someone.. just a few weeks ago I put this post up
Now he had over $300 of my money and hadn't heard from him in over 2 months.. no response to emails or ims or anything.. would sign off as soon as I got online, etc.. and even though I thought he was gonna screw me I gave just enuf info to keep people informed of him with out getting overly personal.. I coulda posted a photo, name, address etc about him but I didnt out of respect - even though I fully expected to get screwed. Finally after contacting him he sent me the tracking number and a few days later I had the product - and I have no hard feelings about it, I prolly wont do buisness with him agian but the end result is what matters. I understand the whole getting it shipped by a deadline but even if he had gotten it out on time who is to say that it would of arrived on time? Yes you asked him to ship it out.. and it should of been, and it wasnt so you can fault him on that. As for shipping it over seas - well I have shipped tail lights to and from hongkong before and it was 20 bucks.. shipping alone to where ever your relative would of been would of been 10-15 so what is another 5$? You have a valid point here neoklis but I just kinda feel that it should of been approched a little different, You did remove his name pretty quick and that was cool of you but I think in the future we all should refrain from posting our own names and others.. I rarely will even post my 1st name.. even in PM's
