Rant on Body Kits. Options

I don't know why, but the Veilside or similar knockoffs make me want to puke. Especially with that rear bumper. I'm not bashing on anyone's car, I understand and respect the creed of to each his own. That damn bodykit doesn't follow any lines on our cars AT ALL and it's just over the top in every way. I'm also not a fan of the "C-5" or similar kits. I love how the REAL C-One kit looks and I don't know why no one here in the states makes the skirts and the rear lip. I found a site that imports C-One stuff and got in touch with someone and priced out an authentic kit with front bumper, skirts, rear lip and hood. It came out to just over $3,000 which seems reasonable and I'd pay that for a high quality kit, the only down side is it'd cost almost FOUR grand to ship it here. Blah, it'd be so nice to have a quality replica of that kit. /end rant.

I'm down for the midwest meet if I can make it! If you really want a trip, drive out to ToyotaFest 2011 with me haha. It was a blast last year! I think this first or second week in June is out annual Midwest Corolla meet at Busse Woods, we always have a great turnout!
