Hey guys, I have a blown head gasket and a warped head on my 5sfe. I was wondering what would be the easiest swap to do, engine wise.

Easiest swap is another 5SFE. Don't buy a "JDM" one, because the 5SFE wasn't produced overseas... it's 2.0L brother the 3SFE was, which will run like doggy doo doo on the 5SFE electronics.
Fix your motor, unless you have about $6000 kicking around that you can put towards a 3SGTE swap. -------------------- 1991 MR2 - T-tops - Crimson Red - Gen3 3SGTE - Lots of money
