Warning!!! Another possible fraudulant seller, never sent what i paid for Options

Well, i got a pair of tail lights from Stipt from Davenport (IA) and while he knew i wanted them ASAP he has never sent anything and now he is not replying me. Still hope that its a misunderstanding and i hope i am wrong but from the message tracker i know he read at least 2 of my messages without replying.

If anyone knows him in person i would appreciate a mediator. I would be willing to receive what he promised even now or at least a return of my money before i explore any legal venues. And to think i rushed for him so he has money for his payments when he begged me.

If it turns out to be a misunderstanding i will post a full apology.

Well now that Carolina is the underdog i will be rooting for them but Pats will probably win.

And since this thread is probably getting put away anyway i might as well throw in my 2 cents.

As a business man Stipt, even if u dont really agree, atleast try to sound like the customer is important to u. Also in an effort to keep ur business never and i mean NEVER blame the customer. Notice how quikly he was to take ur name down(so fast i couldnt see either) and to apologize even though he didnt recieve his items yet. Now it should be your turn and then this is over. You shouldnt put urself in an "you against the world" situation because thats not a very productive attitude nor one people enjoy to be around , especially because noone was really harrassing u im sure if u were calm about it it would have been over much sooner. it was ur little fit that sparked the negative remarks.
