I just ordered a set of JDM gauges that came out of an ST202 in Japan. They plug up fine and i get a red light for the door, however, when i crank the car up only the Fuel and Temperature gauge move. can anyone help me here? I rewired my st204 to use the st205 cluster since i already had a 3rd gen 3sgte the jdm, aus, euro, and usdm clusters wire differently... this is what you do... Take out both clusters grab a piece of paper Write down the pin outs for all three plugs on the usdm cluster (easy way is to trace back via the circuit board) then Write down the pin outs for all three plugs on the jdm cluster then rearrange the pins on the usdm harness in the car so it will properly interface with the jdm cluster. This can be a lil tedious and time consuming but its the only sure way with out a EWD... I ended up having to do this because i found that all of the pin outs for the jdm aus and euro st205 cluster were a little off here and there so i wanted to be sure. Use a LED flashlight to illuminated the separate indicators where the light bulbs go in and look on the other side to more clearly see what they say/illuminated. Lastly i also switched out the kph speedo for the usdm mph one. Making a custom st205 cluster.... this allowed me to not only have the right tach andcute boost gauge on the side but also have the correct US mph speedo weeee This post has been edited by urbandork: Jan 11, 2011 - 1:18 AM |
