Before spending money on somthing that wont work does anyone see any problems with running these together as a combo?

imo the kyb gr2 and any lowering springs from a well known brand is the best combination for daily driving. you can't go wrong with that setup. personally i'd go with gt-four springs for the stiffer rear end and racingbeat endlinks to help against the understeering that occurs in fwd. if you want to improve handling even more, upgrade your bushings to polyurethane, and anti-roll bars.
