There is water damage to one of my high beam headlights. It always looks like condensation inside of it. Is there any way to remove and replace a highbeam without removing the bumper cover? The rubber surround on my low beams is loose and I want to reattach it correctly. Can the lowbeam be removed without taking off the front bumper cover?

Nope, you're going to have to remove the bumper cover to remove both the high beam and the low beam
