I have seen countless strut bars for civics that go for like $30-50. I hate that Honda $|-|!+. Everything for those cars is dirt cheap. Anyway, my question is do you guys think that it would be fairly easy to just buy one of these bars and mod it to fit my celi? Welding, cutting, etc shouldn't be a prob., but I wanted to see if anyone here has done this. I'd much rather do the extra work and save the $ that i would have to spend to get one thats made to fit the celi.

I've done it... the Corolla one's (cheapo on ebay) are bent bars, so they have some hood gap problems. If you can cut/weld... i'd reccomend the matrix one for fronts and rears. The bar is straight and longer, but the mounts have to be cut and completely re-fabricated. I have a modified Corolla bar on the front and a modified matrix bar on the rear... check my profile for more pictures... the link at the bottom... -------------------- "It's ok to be naked girl...
