you can get a shifter like that with a button on it (like im thinking about doing), or just get one without a button, and jam the button down, so you just move it back and fourth... someone one the board just did that (forgot who though)... very dangerous, becuase if it accidentally gets knocked into reverse or something while your doing driving fast.... scary.....
