 this is on all 4 wheels on my 25th anniversary. its supposed to be horizontal but the pic came up vertical somehow. anywho. ive never seen it before. any help here? ya I guess I was pretty stupid for saying it produces wind drag. More so the fact that if it rains it will just hold the water on top of their and over time create a hole over time?
