I agree with Luke. I've never sat down and watched a Superbowl and been entertained. But because of the hype surrounding it, I still tune in. And I don't even like football.
Just my personal opinion, and so far I seem to be to only one that thinks so, but I think this particular game kinda sucked. It was a slow game with too many accidents from both teams. Too many fumbles, interceptions, etc. Even the commercials weren't as good as usual. -------------------- "Employ your time in improving yourself by other men's writings, so that you shall gain easily what others labored hard for." -Socrates. I disagree and heres why: The packers had 0 turnovers(amazing vs the steelers), it was a great defensive battle(to some extent), the coaching (I THINK) was pretty damn good as far as play calling, both teams suffered some bad injury's but persevered, both teams at one time or another played to their full potential. Not as good as many thought it would be, but it was a good game of fooseball. |

Not as good as many thought it would be, but it was a good game of fooseball. I should be more specific. It's not that I thought the game was bad; it's more that I felt like it was just an average game. I didn't see any plays that really impressed me. It was definitely more of a defensive game than an offensive game, and I guess I tend to prefer offensive games. And I should also say that although I felt like a lot of mistakes were made, I'm definitely not willing to go out there myself and show them how it's done. I was just hoping for a better game, that's all. The outcome doesn't surprise me, although I did honestly expect the Steelers' defense to put up a good enough fight that they could stop the Packers. While I'm posting... Did that Best Buy/Justin Bieber commercial make anybody else think of 6gc? He held a phone up with the "6G" on the screen and I immediately thought Coomer paid to get us a slot in the Super Bowl. -------------------- "Employ your time in improving yourself by other men's writings, so that you shall gain easily what others labored hard for." -Socrates.
