Dude, I wouldn't do that if i were you. If you pay him, then he has won. You can't take him to court if you agree to pay. Once you've signed that little paper, the court will say "Sorry, that's your signature. You agreed to the terms. There is nothing we can do." Go get your car with your lawyer WITH YOU!!! Usually just the intimidation of court will sway the situation to your side. Hold of. Call your lawyer first before anything and see what can be done about this so when you DO go in there you have ALL the answers!!! Good luck man
